Pinot & Picasso is seeking a Group Operations Manager to lead multi-site operations across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will drive performance, profitability and customer experience across a growing studio network, including regional leadership, rostering efficiency and SOP standardization.
You will partner with Sales, Marketing and HQ teams to execute national initiatives and support new studio openings, ensuring consistent standards and scalable operating rhythms.
