This is a fantastic opportunity to complete your Certificate III in Parks and Gardens (AHC*****) while gaining hands‐on experience across a diverse range of commercial properties, residential communities, industrial estates and public open spaces. You'll work alongside experienced Site Managers and qualified horticulturists who will support your development, teach you practical skills and help you build the confidence to become a qualified tradesperson.
Key responsibilities
Learning all aspects of commercial landscape maintenance and parks and gardens management
General garden maintenance, including pruning, planting, mulching and weeding
Turf maintenance, including mowing, edging and lawn care
Learning about plant identification, plant health and horticultural best practices
Assisting with irrigation maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Learning to safely operate commercial landscaping machinery and equipment
Working alongside experienced Site Managers and qualified horticulturists
Developing an understanding of workplace safety, teamwork and quality workmanship
About you
A genuine interest in parks and gardens, landscaping or working outdoors
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
A strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to showing up ready to work
A willingness to undertake or continue a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens (AHC*****)




A commitment to working safely and producing quality work
A current driver's licence or reliable transport (highly regarded)
