Civil Construction Supervisor/Project Manager
The Civil Construction Supervisor oversees the on-site execution of commercial and industrial subdivision projects from initial earthworks to final handovers. This role ensures that all civil infrastructure—including roads, heavy-duty pavements, drainage systems, and major utility networks is built safely, on time, within budget, and to accurate engineering specifications.
Key responsibilities
Site Management & Supervision of on-site operations
Coordination of daily schedules
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately
Supervise and oversee utility installation (Stormwater, sewer, water, electrical & telecommunications)
Quality Assurance & Compliance
About you
Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Civil Construction Supervisor
Demonstrated experience working on moderate to large scale residential and commercial subdivisions, or major civil infrastructure
Trade backgrounds, Certificates or Diploma in Civil Construction & Project Management highly regarded
Minimum of an open "C" Class drivers license required
Machinery tickets and experience highly desirable but not essential
