We have an opportunity for a
Production Supervisor
to join our Production team at
Poitrel Mine
. This is a site-based role working a 7/7 roster.
Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
Leading a crew of multi-skilled Operators to safely execute the mine plan
Managing people and equipment to deliver production targets
Providing clear direction, coaching and day-to-day support to your team
Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities across production activities
Working closely with other departments to optimise performance and outcomes
Maintaining a robust field presence and actively engaging with your crew
Complying with all site standards, procedures and safety requirements




Contributing to a safe work environment through active participation in safety processes
What we would love to see in you to make this a success
Experience in an open cut mining environment (production)
Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, coach and develop a high performing team
Good understanding of systems and processes (experience with MineStar desirable)
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work
7/7 roster (day/night shift)
