Randstad Australia is seeking an experienced State Manager – Home Assessing to lead and coach our Home Building & Assessing teams. You will oversee Onroad Assessing, Desktop Assessing, and Repair Relationship Consultant teams to deliver growth, maintain controls, and ensure high-quality service across the home value chain.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership and 5+ years in Home Assessing/Repair environments, with solid commercial acumen and stakeholder negotiation
