ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the Tony White Group, Coffs Harbour Toyota is a well-established dealership located in the beautiful coastal region of Coffs Harbour, NSW.
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our friendly and supportive team at Coffs Harbour Toyota.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for the automotive industry to develop their skills, grow their career and become part of one of Australia's largest privately owned automotive dealership groups.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately identify and interpret automotive parts and accessories for retail, trade and internal customers
Prepare quotes, process orders and manage parts enquiries efficiently
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Receive, inspect, unpack and organise incoming stock
Process invoices and coordinate customer orders and deliveries
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control procedures
Use electronic parts catalogues and dealership systems to identify and source parts
Assist with warehousing duties and general parts department operations
Provide exceptional customer service and professional advice
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment




Work collaboratively with the team to support daily operations and achieve department goals
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
Current and valid driver's licence
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
Excellent interpersonal skills with confident and skilled communication
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in automotive parts interpreting or dealership parts operations (desirable but not essential)
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively within a team
A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
