About Syncro
Syncro is a Sydney-based AI automation agency helping small and medium-sized businesses eliminate the manual admin that eats into their week. We build workflow automations for real estate agencies, accounting firms, dental clinics, law firms, and other SMEs — things like automated appointment reminders, invoice chasing, client onboarding, review management, and AI-powered lead follow-up. Our installs are priced between $1,250 and $5,000 with monthly management fees of $400 to $950. We're growing fast and looking for driven salespeople to help us close more deals.
What you'll earn
Commission per closed installation
$300 – $500
Close 4 deals per month
$1,200 – $2,000
Close 8 deals per month
$2,400 – $4,000
No cap on earnings. The more you close, the more you make. Commission is paid within 7 days of client payment clearing.
What you'll be doing
Reaching out to SME business owners via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Syncro's automation services
Booking discovery calls and Zoom meetings with qualified prospects
Presenting Syncro's service packages using scripts and materials we provide
Handling objections and following up with warm leads until they convert
Logging all activity in our CRM and tracking pipeline progress
Targeting industries like real estate, accounting, dental, legal, and trades
What we're looking for
Someone confident having conversations — on the phone, via email, or on Zoom




Self-motivated and able to work independently without being micromanaged
Able to understand business pain points and communicate value clearly
Prior sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is a solid plus
Tech knowledge is NOT required — we'll train you on everything you need to know
Must be based in Australia
