Join a multidisciplinary digital delivery environment focused on improving the accessibility and inclusiveness of enterprise systems and online services.
This is a hands-on accessibility role combining technical assessment, WCAG compliance testing and accessibility advice. You'll work closely with designers, developers and delivery teams to identify accessibility barriers, recommend practical improvements and ensure accessibility is considered throughout the development and ongoing support of digital services.
The Role
Working as part of an established accessibility team, you'll support multiple delivery teams to build, improve and maintain accessible enterprise applications.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting accessibility reviews of wireframes, prototypes, developed interfaces and existing digital systems
Performing WCAG compliance audits across websites, mobile applications, digital documents and emails
Testing digital services using assistive technologies, including desktop and mobile screen readers, speech recognition software and built-in accessibility features
Working with UX/UI designers, developers, product teams and other stakeholders to identify accessibility issues and recommend practical remediation
Documenting accessibility findings, managing work items through Azure DevOps and contributing to Agile planning and delivery activities
About You




We're particularly interested in:
Robust experience as a Digital Accessibility Specialist, Accessibility Practitioner or Accessibility Advisor within a medium to large enterprise
Demonstrated experience conducting hands-on accessibility testing, technical reviews and WCAG compliance audits
Practical experience using assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack or speech recognition software
Strong understanding of WCAG standards, accessibility evaluation methodologies and inclusive design principles
Experience assessing accessibility across websites, mobile applications, digital documents and other digital interfaces
Experience working across multiple Agile delivery teams alongside UX/UI designers, developers, business analysts and product owners
Ability to translate accessibility findings into clear technical requirements, remediation recommendations and actionable work items
Experience using Azure DevOps to manage accessibility defects, requirements and improvements would be highly regarded
