BioGiene Services is seeking a Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis at our Bowen Hills, QLD office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving marketing initiatives and supporting sales growth while contributing to the ongoing success of our will be instrumental in coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting the sales team, and driving business development across our key markets. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact on business growth and company performance.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital platforms
Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team to help drive revenue generation and customer acquisition
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and collateral that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Assist with market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends relevant to our business
Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotional activities
Support the organisation and execution of sales and charity events and promotional activities
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and current information




Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination of marketing and sales initiatives
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support business objectives
What we're looking for
A qualification in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant or similar support role within a marketing or sales environment - preferred however not essential
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create explicit and engaging content
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant sales CRM platforms.
A solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with social media platforms
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work undertaken
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues across departments
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
