TheRole

MaintainhighstandardsofcompliancewiththeEducationandCareServicesNationalLawandRegulations,National
QualityFramework,NationalQualityStandardandChildSafeStandards.
Ensurepolicies,proceduresandoperationalstandardsareconsistentlyimplemented.
LeadpreparationforcompliancevisitsandtheAssessmentandRatingprocess.
ConfidentlyengagewiththeDepartmentofEducationandotherrelevantregulatorybodies.
Maintainappropriatestaffinglevels,ratiosandeffectiverostermanagement.
