Padua College is seeking a Learning Leader - Science (POL 2) on a 3-year tenure with an ongoing teaching appointment. The role connects high-quality teaching to student engagement, coordinating curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment across the Learning Area.
The Learning Leader will work with instructional coaches and campus leaders to strengthen staff development and student outcomes, reporting to the Vice Principal – Learning and Teaching.
