CBRE is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing initiatives for Pacific Werribee. This role combines campaign execution, stakeholder engagement and operational marketing support to help drive customer outcomes and brand visibility.
Working closely with site stakeholders and business partners, you will help bring marketing plans to life while maintaining strong governance, reporting and budget discipline.
About the role
Drive the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
Plan and deliver brand positioning initiatives across multiple channels
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Manage marketing databases and support accounts payable processes
Maintain effective internal partnerships across the business
Participate in budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking activities
Complete compliance requirements and marketing reporting
Demonstrate safe work practices and support site standards
Focus on positive customer outcomes and customer experience
Review work processes and identify opportunities for improvement
About you
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
Comfortable working with budgets, reporting and administration tasks
High level attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
