Head of Memberships
to lead membership growth, retention and engagement outcomes while building a modern, high-performing membership function.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a membership strategy focused on growth, retention, engagement and commercial performance.
Leading membership growth and retention initiatives
Developing strategies that enhance member value and strengthen engagement
Building and leading a high-performing membership team
Creating a data-led, accountable and results-focused culture
Using insights and performance metrics to inform decision-making
Driving continuous improvement and transformational change initiatives
Partnering with executive leadership to deliver strategic priorities
Managing membership performance against agreed growth and revenue targets
About You




You are a commercially driven leader who understands how strong member engagement translates into sustainable business outcomes.
You will bring:
Proven leadership experience within membership, customer success, account management, business development or relationship management environments
A solid track record of delivering growth, retention and revenue outcomes
Demonstrated experience leading and developing successful teams
Commercial acumen and confidence working with budgets, performance metrics and business targets
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience using data and insights to drive strategic decisions
The ability to lead through change and bring people on the journey
A proactive approach and a genuine bias for action
