The Role
Registered Nurse Permanent Part-Time (75h/Fortnight) | Penrith Thornton Park | Monday to Friday (6.45am to 2.45pm)

What You'll Be Doing
Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care
Developing and reviewing individualised care plans to meet residents' changing needs
Participating in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required)




Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standards
Ensuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claims
Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team setting
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
Minimum 1 year experience as an RN in an Aged Care setting
Strong commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
Solid understanding of State and Commonwealth Aged Care legislation
Full availability to work required shifts
Working knowledge of AN-ACC, including assessments, documentation, and funding submissions
