About the Opportunity
We have an exciting Full Time opportunity for a trainee in Business Administration for a motivated individual to join the team in our Brisbane office. The trainee will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration on a 12 month training contract. This role will be an entrance into a Business Administration career providing you on the job training in combination with our third party training organisation to achieve your Certificate III.
The position includes reception duties, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, mail collection and handling, stationery purchasing and distribution, providing assistance to the administration team and estimating support.




This position is ideal for a junior person with career aspiration in business administration. The ideal person would consider themselves to be a team player with a positive and self-motivated attitude that contributes to the success of the team and is best suited to a detail-oriented person who enjoys a diverse role, is a quick learner and can multitask like a ninja. As an integral part of the administration team, you will be liaising with internal and external parties and have a contagious can do attitude.
Qualifications and Experience
Year 12
Basic skill level in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Driver Licence
Own Vehicle
Some Experience in Administration would be an advantage
Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily tasks
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Full Time prospect
