We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and specialise in diamonds and fine jewellery, as well as bespoke and custom design pieces.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the management team for an engaging, creative and customer oriented leader to join our team at our
Darby St
Store on a
full
time
basis. You will lead a small team of jewellery lovers in store and work closely with our marketing and operations team to ensure we deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
As our
Store Manager,
you will report directly to the company owners,



and be responsible for leading and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales.
You will be fantastic at:
Delivering exceptional customer experience through face to face, phone and digitally based customer communication
Lead and grow your team to ensure we deliver on these standards
Ensure displays and merchandising are always presented at an exceptional standard throughout the store
Stay abreast of the latest jewellery trends and use your creativity to design bespoke pieces for our customers
Ensure accurate and timely management of store operations
Jewellery experience is desirable but not a requirement for the right individual.
Full on the job support and training will be provided in a warm and welcoming team environment.
