Acland Property Services in Melbourne is seeking an experienced carpenter who leads projects from quote to handover. You will read plans, price jobs, order materials, and run the site with carpenters and subcontractors, supported by an Operations Manager.
We expect a minimum of five years post-apprenticeship, with the ability to read structural drawings, understand permits, and price real work. NDIs/aged-care mods are a solid advantage. Own vehicle and full kit preferred.
