About the Role
As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for:
Delivering engaging training programs to diverse learner groups.
Assessing learner competency in accordance with nationally recognised training standards.
Developing and maintaining training and assessment resources.
Providing coaching, mentoring and support to students throughout their learning journey.
Ensuring compliance with RTO standards, training package requirements and organisational policies.
Maintaining accurate training and assessment records.
About You
To be considered, you will possess:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent).
Relevant industry qualifications and experience in your vocational area.




Demonstrated experience delivering training and conducting competency-based assessments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners from a variety of backgrounds.
Sound understanding of vocational education and training (VET) compliance requirements.
Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Current industry currency and professional networks.
Experience with online, blended and workplace-based training delivery.
