Bevmarks is seeking a Store Manager for its Moorabbin showroom in Victoria. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service in a premium showroom setting.
You will oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and visual merchandising. You'll train and mentor staff, tailor leadership styles to individuals, and use storytelling to qualify customer needs and drive confident recommendations.
