The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Wills & Estates team.
Working alongside an Accredited Specialist and experienced practitioners, you will advise on a broad range of matters, including:
Estate litigation and family provision claims
VCAT guardianship and administration applications
Complex estate administration and some succession planning matters
This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your expertise within a collaborative team known for its technical excellence and client-focused approach.
About You
You are a motivated and capable lawyer with a genuine interest in Wills & Estates law and a commitment to building a long-term career in the area.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
At least 7 years' post-admission experience, including substantial estate litigation exposure
The ability to manage files and client relationships with a high level of autonomy
Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
A commitment to exceptional client service
An existing referral network (advantageous but not essential)
Most importantly, you will be a collaborative team member who contributes positively to our culture and values.
