Junior Administration and Bookkeeping Assistant
Your role will be a mix of administration and bookkeeping, including:
Assisting with general office administration and day-to-day tasks
Communicating with clients by phone and email
Preparing, organising and maintaining client documents and records
Data entry and processing
Assisting with bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
Helping with transaction coding and checking accounts
Working with accounting software such as
Xero and MYOB
Assisting our accountants and bookkeepers with client work
Learning new systems and taking on more responsibility as your skills grow
