About the Role
:
We are currently seeking female Support Workers / Assistants in Nursing (AINs) located in the Central Coast area only to join our growing team.
We are looking for compassionate,



reliable and dedicated care professionals who are ready to work and passionate about supporting clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes and communities.
Assisting clients with daily living activities and personal care
Supporting clients in achieving their personal goals and independence
Providing companionship and emotional support
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families
Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all clients

Skills & Experience
Must have a car and a Valid Driving License
Police Check
NDIS Check
Working with Children Check
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or Ageing Support.
First Aid and CPR certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A commitment to empathy and client‐centred care.
Competent in documentation including case notes and incident reporting
Must hold a valid Australian driver's licence.
