The Chance Hub UK Ltd is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Newcastle to drive multiple sites from pre-start through handover, keeping programme, budgets and quality on track.
You'll coordinate contractors and suppliers, run site meetings, report progress to clients and internal stakeholders, track costs, ensure health and safety compliance, and resolve issues quickly to prevent delays and cost overruns.
