Department of Transport and Main Roads QLD is seeking a permanent AO4 Operations Officer in Ipswich to support delivery of connected communities in Queensland. The role focuses on frontline customer service, governance, and regulatory compliance across school transport and driver/operator authorisations.
You will resolve difficult complaints, advise industry on policy, monitor data systems for accountability, and coordinate the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS).
