Mulpha's The Lane Retreat in the Hunter Valley is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the Hotel Manager across Guest Services and Housekeeping. You will lead a small team, optimise front-office operations and help deliver a premium guest experience.
In this role you'll manage daily rosters, bookings, and communication with guests, while contributing to revenue growth through exceptional service and upselling, including a focus on smooth operations during weekends and public holidays.
