We do Tenant Improvement and other specialty work for premier clients throughout the Seattle/Puget Sound area.
We have developed a cohesive team at our established company, and this position is a key part of our functional and hard-working team. We work for premier companies in the healthcare, hospitality, education, tech, aerospace and telecommunications sectors.
Key Tasks:
Maintain project files (contracts, drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals).
Identify workplace safety hazards and take necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize them.
Prepare subcontracts and subcontractor change orders including time extensions. May prepare owner change orders.
Monitor and track project quality control metrics and activities on a regular basis,



provide timely and accurate quality reports, and raise issues to PM or Superintendent as appropriate.
Support Project Engineers, team members in field supervision and project management roles.
Education & Experience
Excellent teamwork, problem solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Full knowledge of computer software such as MS Office. Auto-CAD, Bluebeam and/or Viewpoint Trimble a plus.

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
