Bendigo Bank is seeking a First Nations Program Delivery Manager to drive the First Nations Customer Plan and RAP commitments across our Consumer division. You will partner with learning providers, Mob@BEN and business leaders to design practical, culturally secure pathways for frontline teams.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Workforce Enablement, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and ensure respectful, inclusive banking experiences nationwide.
