Mercy Health Home Care Young NSW is seeking a Care Partner to support clients and expand our Home Care services in the Young region. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care and work with a collaborative team to enhance community support.
You'll bring at least 2 years in aged care case management or disability services, with qualifications in community services or case management. Police check required and the role is full time.
