As
Team Leader - Asset Management
, you will oversee a team of Asset Managers and be responsible for maximising asset performance, revenue, reliability and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Asset Managers.
Drive asset performance, availability and revenue optimisation.
Manage O&M; contractors, budgets, forecasting and reporting.
Oversee operational readiness for new projects transitioning into operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the asset portfolio.
About You
Engineering degree or similar technical qualification.




Proven experience in renewable energy, utilities, power generation or infrastructure asset management.
Solid leadership, stakeholder management and commercial skills.
Experience managing O&M; contracts and operational budgets.
Sound understanding of utility-scale renewable energy assets and high-voltage infrastructure.
