This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that staff are well supervised, inventory is managed efficiently (ordered/processed/displayed) & customer satisfaction is maintained. This role involves working closely with the owners and team members to meet sales targets, regularly meeting with the business owner's to discuss & implement management plans, daily operations, issues (valuable & bad) & maintain high operational procedures.
Responsibilities
Oversee Store Operations
: Manage the day-to-day activities to keep Elray Jewellers running like clockwork.
Manage Inventory
: Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control. Ensure counters are stocked, products are clean and invoices are processed to keep stock levels high.
Direct Staff
: Lead, motivate, and guide the team to deliver top-notch service.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction
: Create a welcoming environment where every customer leaves happy.
Handle Finances
: Manage cash handling, including POS operations and reconciliations, monitor sales & manage simple budgets.
Implement Store Policies
: Enforce rules and procedures to maintain order and safety.
Train New Employees
: Mentor new team members and help them grow into retail pros.
Maintain Store Appearance
: Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.
Deal with Suppliers
: Build strong relationships with vendors.
Resolve Complaints
: Turn customer issues into opportunities for loyalty.

Experience
