BGIS is seeking an experienced Vacant & Upgrade Works Manager to oversee vacant property works, upgrades, and projects across South-East Melbourne. You will coordinate teams, subcontractors, budgets and deliver safe, compliant outcomes for a community-focused residential portfolio.
The role reports to the Account Director and requires cooperative, organised leadership with strong experience in property maintenance, projects or service delivery. A hybrid arrangement applies after Go Live.
