We're looking for an experienced
Pega Technical Business Analyst
to join our technology delivery team and play a key role in delivering business-critical Pega solutions.
What You'll Do
Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process-mapping sessions
Translate requirements into scalable
Pega
solution designs
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Collaborate with architects, developers, and support teams across Agile delivery
Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production validation
Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement
Manage stakeholder communication, risks, dependencies,



and solution outcomes
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Systems Analyst
Solid hands-on experience with the
Pega Platform
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong skills in process mapping, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement
Understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, and support processes
Nice to Have
Experience with Pega Customer Service, BPM, or Workflow solutions
Knowledge of Azure, Apigee, Middleware, IAM, MDM, SQL, or Core Banking platforms
