Senior leadership role | Full-time | 12-month contract with a pathway to permanency for the right candidate
Most leadership roles ask you to manage what already exists. This one invites you to build it. Villaggio Sant'Antonio is taking its trusted, culturally rich care into the community through Care at Home, including the Australian Government's Support at Home program. We are looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on leader to shape this new business from day one and grow it into a lasting part of our future.
A senior role with real authority. You'll hold end-to-end accountability for a new business unit, covering its strategy, budget and financial performance, workforce, compliance and growth. You'll lead your own team and influence senior leaders across Quality, Clinical Services, Finance, People and Culture, ICT and Marketing. Your monthly executive reporting will directly shape investment and expansion decisions.
What you'll do
Lead Care at Home from business plan to launch, stabilisation and sustainable growth.
Build referral pipelines with hospitals, GPs, allied health and community partners.
Own the numbers: pricing, budgets, forecasts and commercial performance.
Recruit, lead and develop the Care at Home team, setting the culture and standards from the ground up.
Lead registration and accreditation readiness against the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, and write the policies, procedures and governance frameworks that underpin a safe, compliant and high-quality service.
Work directly with the General Manager to shape the strategic direction.
What you'll bring
Significant senior management experience, with a proven record of establishing, launching or significantly growing a service in home care, aged care,
community services or a related regulated sector.
Strong commercial acumen in business planning, pricing, budgeting and performance.
Hands-on experience in accreditation and audit readiness, and in writing policies, procedures and quality, clinical and risk governance frameworks in aged care or a related regulated sector, with Support at Home experience highly regarded.
The ability to think strategically, deliver practically and bring people with you.
A genuine build opportunity: Your strategy, your service model, your legacy.
Security and growth: A 12-month contract with a clear pathway to permanency for the right candidate.
Strong foundations: Established clinical, allied health, pharmacy, wellbeing and retirement living teams behind you.
Rewarding package:
A competitive salary plus superannuation and not-for-profit salary packaging perks.
Real purpose
: Help older people stay independent, connected and well in their own homes.
