About the role
Our client is looking for a
Property & Commercial Lawyer with 2-3 years PAE
to join their Melbourne CBD team. The role will offer a wide-ranging mix of general property and commercial matters, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners and build strong, practical experience across both areas.
Your role will include handling a wide range of matters, for example:
Property acquisitions and sales
Commercial, retail and industrial leasing
General property transactions and related advice
Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
General commercial and business advice
Liaising directly with clients and other stakeholders
Skills and experience we'd love:
Approximately
2-3 years PAE




Experience in property and/or general commercial law
Strong drafting and communication skills
Sound commercial judgement and attention to detail
Ability to manage matters and competing priorities
A practical, client-focused approach
