Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator
Little and Loud is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team, committed to providing high-quality education and care for children between 14 months and 6 years. As a valued member of our team, you will work collaboratively with educators and our management team to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels secure, supported and inspired to learn. This position is a full-time position requiring availability Monday to Friday, with rostered shifts within our operating hours of 7:30am - 5:30pm.
Key responsibilities
Working collaboratively with all team members to maintain high standards of education and care.
Contribute to our educational program, planning, implementing and evaluating meaningful learning experiences in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Ensure children's safety and wellbeing through active supervision, effective risk management and adherence to child protection and safeguarding procedures.
Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with children, families, educators and the wider community.
Support children's individual learning,



development and wellbeing through responsive and inclusive practices.
Follow service policies and procedures and maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
Contribute to the daily operations of the service.
About you
Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (working toward Diploma may be considered)
Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check
Hold current approved first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis management qualifications
Completed mandatory Child Safety Training through GECCKO
Have a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of child safety, child protection, mandatory reporting obligations and child safeguarding practices.
Be confident in planning, implementing and documenting educational programs.
Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Have strong communication skills and a professional, respectful approach when working with children, families, and colleagues.
Be adaptable, organised and confident in managing daily responsibilities.
