Borg Group is seeking a Business Integration Analyst in Australia to lead onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses. You will map operations, identify risks and opportunities, and coordinate activities with Borg's Shared Services teams to realise value quickly.
Working closely with acquired businesses and senior leaders, you will document processes, interview stakeholders, and develop integration plans that minimise disruption and support smooth transitions across the Group.
