Sydney Children's Hospitals Network is seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join the 18-bed paediatric Intensive Care Unit (CICU) as Nurse Unit Manager Level 1 (NUM1). The role supports a shift-based 12-hour pattern across days and nights, delivering leadership and clinical oversight in patient flow and resource use.
You will coordinate unit activity, partner with NUM2 and NM3, and drive protected, high-quality patient care while developing a high-functioning team in a dynamic CICU
