Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a caring Registered Nurse to join Ward 7 at Ryde Hospital, a 20-bed general medical ward with diverse presentations. This permanent full time position offers a supportive team and a positive ward culture.
You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with patients and the health care team to achieve quality outcomes. NSW Health requires immunisation and OASV processes during recruitment.
