Social Media Manager
.
This is a

to step into a gorgeous, established brand with an incredible visual identity, beautiful product and global presence – and have the opportunity to
totally OWN their social media world.
As the brand continues its next phase of continued growth, they're looking for someone brilliant to come in, bring fresh ideas, incredible content and genuine creative energy – taking real ownership of how the brand shows up across social globally.
This is SO much more than simply managing a content calendar.
You'll have genuine creative ownership, working closely with the Founders and wider digital & creative team to shape the social direction of the brand, build an engaged global community and create content that people genuinely want to stop, watch, share and shop.
The Prospect
You'll own and evolve the brand's social strategy across
Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook and emerging platforms
, taking ideas all the way from concept through to execution.
You'll be hands-on with content – conceptualising, shooting, editing, writing and creating – while also thinking strategically about what is driving reach, engagement, community and ultimately conversion.
You'll also play a key role across
influencer, ambassador, affiliate and brand partnerships
, helping grow an already passionate global community and identifying new opportunities to put the brand in front of the right audiences.
What You'll Be Doing
Totally own and evolve the brand's social media presence and strategy
Concept, create and deliver beautiful, engaging and commercially minded content
Bring fresh ideas to the table and help shape the creative direction of social
Manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube & Facebook
Create copy, captions, stories,



video and social-first content that feels completely on-brand
Grow and nurture an engaged global online community
Manage influencer, ambassador, affiliate and brand partnerships
Support exciting product launches, campaigns, collaborations and events
Understand what's performing, why it's performing and use insights to continually evolve content
Work closely with an incredibly passionate Founder and wider creative & digital team
Who We'd LOVE to Meet
You're someone who
lives and breathes fashion, content and digital culture
.
You'll have strong experience within social media and content, ideally within
fashion, beauty, lifestyle or another highly visual consumer brand
, and genuinely understand what makes brilliant social content.
You're creative but commercial. You understand that beautiful content is important – but you also know how to create with
engagement, growth and conversion
in mind.
You'll be confident creating content yourself, comfortable shooting and editing, and importantly,
happy jumping in front of the camera when the content calls for it!
You'll understand influencers, creators, UGC, affiliates and social commerce, and ideally have exposure to platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LTK and/or ShopMy.
Most importantly, you'll be
full of ideas, proactive, hands-on and genuinely excited to make your mark on a gorgeous brand with a global audience.
