We are looking for a leader first and foremost. Someone who can bringpeople together, create accountability, build capability, and inspire a team toachieve more than they thought possible.
You will ideally bring:




StrongAgriculture industry experience
Experienceleading multi-functional teams across Sales, Parts, Service or Operations
Commercialand business acumen, including budget and performance management
Apassion for people development, culture and leadership
Theability to build trust with customers, team members and the localcommunity
ATrack record of delivering results while maintaining a positive,values-led culture
Ahands-on leadership style with the confidence to lead from the front
Experiencein agriculture, John Deere, heavy equipment, dealerships, construction, automotive, transport or related industries will be highly regarded
