About The Company
Our client is a specialist travel company focused only on creating high-quality, tailored Fiji holidays for Australian travellers. They don't compete on price. Their business is built on destination expertise, personalised recommendations and carefully selected resorts, so clients know they're dealing with people who truly know Fiji. They mainly sell mid-range to high-end holidays, including family holidays, couples and adults-only escapes, multi-resort itineraries, weddings and honeymoons. They also have excellent supplier relationships and a strong base of repeat and referral clients.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage your own portfolio of Fiji holiday enquiries from first contact through to confirmed booking. You'll convert genuine enquiries into sales while giving clients an exceptionally high standard of service. This is not an order‐taking or call‐centre role. The position offers a base salary of
$65,000 plus super,
with an annual sales incentive and progressive profit share, taking expected earnings to approximately
$76,300 plus super at target, and around $83,300 plus super
