Frankie's Smokehouse in Woolloongabba is seeking two Bar Managers to own our beverage program and drive the venue's drinks strategy. You'll lead a hands-on team, shape the drinks list, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
You'll manage stock, training, and cost control while collaborating with a supportive management team. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
