Riverbank Real Estate is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Assistant to the Principal to provide hands-on support across residential sales, buyer management, open homes and day-to-day sales operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in real estate while gaining valuable experience working closely with the Principal and an experienced sales team.
About the Role
Working directly alongside the Principal, you will play an important role in supporting sales campaigns, maintaining buyer relationships and ensuring the smooth running of daily sales activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with Saturday open homes, private inspections and buyer enquiries.
Following up buyers after open homes and recording feedback.
Making buyer callback calls and maintaining regular communication with prospective purchasers.
Qualifying buyers, understanding their needs and identifying potential sales opportunities.
Assisting with listing presentations, appraisals and property marketing preparation.
Coordinating appointments, meetings and daily schedules for the Principal.
Managing buyer databases, updating CRM records and maintaining accurate follow-up notes.
Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, conveyancers and other industry professionals.
Assisting with sales administration, contracts, campaign updates and general office duties.




Identifying potential sellers, future listings and opportunities to generate new business.
Providing professional and friendly customer service that reflects the Riverbank brand.
About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, well-presented and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in residential real estate.
You will ideally have:
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Confidence speaking with buyers, vendors and prospective clients.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and the ability to follow up tasks without being reminded.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner.
A current NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or a valid NSW Real Estate Agent Licence.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Availability to work Saturdays, as required.
Previous experience in real estate sales, customer service, administration or a similar role will be highly regarded. We are also open to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
