Nurse Next Door is seeking a Care Designer (Registered Nurse) – Clinical Governance & Administration in South Brisbane. You will drive clinical governance, intake efficiency and administration while coaching a team of nurses and carers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you blend high-level clinical oversight with hands-on patient care and staff development to elevate the client experience. Solid RN leadership and compliance experience are essential.
