About the Role
You'll be the operational backbone of a high-performing sales team — working closely with a senior agent, sales associates, and an offshore support team to ensure the business runs at peak performance every single day.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the day-to-day operations of a high-performing team including sales agents, associates and offshore support staff
Coordinating marketing campaigns end-to-end — styling, photography, floorplans, advertising bookings and digital launches
Managing contracts, compliance, and documentation with absolute accuracy and urgency
Acting as a trusted point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors and conveyancers
Handling all client communication with discretion, polish and professionalism
Supporting the team across day-to-day administration, campaign milestones and key client touchpoints
Liaising across internal marketing, finance and operations teams
Ensuring every client — without exception — receives a seamless, well-managed experience
About You
You set the bar high and hold yourself to it. You're calm under pressure, impeccably organised,



and you bring the kind of presence and professionalism that clients and colleagues alike respond to immediately.
You'll bring:
Proven experience in real estate at a senior EA, Business Manager or Sales Support level
Experience managing or coordinating a team, including remote or offshore staff
A natural ability to anticipate needs, read the room, and operate as a true right-hand to a high-performing principal
Deep understanding of the sales process and compliance requirements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a relentlessly proactive approach
Immaculate personal presentation and a confident, polished manner
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (highly regarded)
