Stanmore Resources is seeking a Field Maintenance Execution Leading Hand to oversee safety-focused maintenance for our primary dig units at Poitrel Mine. This permanent role operates on a 7 on/7 off dayshift roster and reports into the Maintenance team.
You will lead a frontline maintenance team, ensure adherence to procedures, and work closely with planners, schedulers and partners. Prior experience with CAT and Hitachi equipment is essential, along with solid leadership and communication
