Lead UX Designer
Location: Ultimo NSW ( flexible + hybrid )
Contract until 31 March **** (possible extension, not guaranteed)
Daily Rate: $847 - $1,101 including Super (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to drive end-to-end user experience design across complex digital products and platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading discovery, design strategy, user research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
Create user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
Define and maintain design systems and UX standards.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to UX best practices across the organization.
Present design concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
