Atlas Adventure in Australia is seeking Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties and Solo Chefs for 4–8 week contracts across resorts, hotels and pubs. You'll join a 10+ person team, handle fine dining and à la carte menus, with lunch/dinner service and potential ongoing work after completion.
To qualify, you should be trade-qualified with 3–5 years' experience, have a solid work ethic, superb communication, keen eye for detail, and a passion for menu development.
