Occupational Therapist, Community Services
Feros Care is seeking a dedicated
Community Occupational Therapist
to support older adults across the beautiful Gold Coast, QLD. This is a permanent full-time role from Monday to Friday, on a 12-month Fix-Term contract. In this role, you will provide occupational therapy services and case management support, working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
What You'll Do
Deliver 1:1 evidence-based in-home Occupational Therapy services.
Engage in mobile assessment, case management, and care coordination.
Facilitate client connections to appropriate service providers and supports.
Efficiently manage daily workload including travel, documentation, and administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
A
registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA)
who thrives in a community care setting
At least 2 years of experience is preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfort using technology, including MS Office and client management software
A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel
A person-centred approach and genuine passion for supporting older adults
