About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
with strong expertise in the
Customer Service module
and
Azure-based integrations
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and customising
D365 solutions
, implementing workflows and integrating applications using
Microsoft Azure services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customise and enhance
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
.




Configure workflows, business processes and automation to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations using
Azure Functions
and
cloud flows.
Support data integration, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
Solid hands-on experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Experience in
D365 customisation, configuration and development
.
Practical experience with Azure Functions and Power Automate cloud flows.
Understanding of API integrations and Azure-based solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with
Azure Service Bus.
Knowledge of
Microsoft Dataverse and REST APIs
.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be
Australian citizens
. A
Baseline security clearance
is desirable.
